  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar (12 oz) Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half & half
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz penne, fettuccine, or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water (optional)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, broccoli, or spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook the ChickenSeason the chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden on the outside and no longer pink inside. Set aside.
  2. Boil the PastaCook pasta according to package directions. Don’t forget to reserve a cup of pasta water for later.
  3. Make the SauceInthe same skillet, pour in the garlic parmesan sauce, cream, and parmesan cheese. Stir over low heat until combined and creamy.
  4. Combine and SimmerAdd the chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir until well coated. Add a splash of pasta water to adjust the consistency.
