Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Arrange it in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, stir together Catalina dressing, onion soup mix, and cranberry sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Add parsley if desired.
