- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Optional: ½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Combine: Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Bake the Brownie Layer: Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Top It Off: Remove the brownies from the oven. Sprinkle with marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts, and coconut if using.
- Final Bake: Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted.
- Cool & Slice: Let the brownies cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
